These Website Standard Terms and Conditions written on this webpage shall manage your use of this website. These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. Shipping
Stock items in our shop are either in-stock, or made withing a few days of your parchase. We ship from our studio in Cantabria. You will be sent an email with your tracking number upon shipment. Please, check your mail box, including the spam folder, for your notification.
Once shipped, the item takes from 3 to 7 days to arrive within the European Union.
It is your responsability to provide us with an accurate address and other related information requiered for delivery, confirmation, and communication. You alone assume the risk of any losses, conseguential or otherwise arising therefrom.
Shippings outside the European Union may be subject to Customs charges or customs holds that are absolutely out of our control. There are specific taxes each country may add too imported goods. We are not responsible for these taxes or delays derieved from it.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns within a few conditions:
- The return must be made within 15 days from the arrival date.
- Items must be unworn.
- Shipping costs are paid by you
It is your responsability to examine all products upon receipt for damage or defect before using it.
All sale items and customized items are final sales. We are not responsbiel for any accidental purchases. Please double check that you have selected the correct item, style and size in our shop. Nonetheless, you can contact us to change your order in the next 24 hours since it was placed.
Once your return is recieved and inspected please, allow us up to 5 bussiness days for your return to be processed.
Warranty
Any item may be sent to us for repair up to 30 days after original delivery. This warranty covers repairs for general wear-adn-tear, such as popped seams, missing rivetsand construction issues on our end and at no additional cost to the client other than shipping.
Damaged caused by the client is not covered under warranty, such as tears and holes in the fabric, scratches, hear damage and other abuses on the item.
Right of refusal
We reserve the right to refuse sales or service for any reason at any time. This refusal will never be based in religion, race, or any other disrespectful reason.
